Born and raised in Attleboro, Massachusetts, Jane Coogan has built a life and career defined by family, service, and integrity. As a Partner at Coogan Smith, LLP, she provides comprehensive estate planning and business law counsel to individuals and families throughout the region. Her clients value her deep understanding of the law, but even more so her compassion, focus, and ability to simplify the complex. Jane believes that success in law comes from both knowledge and empathy — listening to clients, understanding their stress, and guiding them toward lasting solutions. A proud alumna of Bishop Feehan High School, the College of the Holy Cross, and Villanova University School of Law, Jane has earned an LLM in Taxation and over 15 years of experience serving the legal and business needs of her community. She also dedicates her time to several local organizations, including the Attleboro YMCA and the Sturdy Memorial Hospital Foundation. Outside of work, Jane is most fulfilled by time with her daughters, enjoying outdoor adventures and creating the kind of balance that reflects both her professional dedication and her love of family.
